Job Description

  • Vehicle Acoustic Checks: Conduct in-car measurements, visual inspections, and electric verifications (impulse responses, polarity checks) at car OEM facilities to ensure all electro-acoustic elements are properly mounted and functional before sound tuning.

  • Performance Validation: Perform post-tuning in-car measurements to validate the final acoustic performance of the vehicles.

  • Component Testing: Support the measurement of electro-acoustic components using dedicated Klippel testbenches.

  • Electronics Support: Review technical documentation, conduct electronics measurements (focusing on amplifiers), and perform embedded software validation.

  • Hands-On Modifications: Perform car wiring modifications as required during the testing and tuning phases.

  • Continuous Improvement: Work autonomously in a reactive, cross-functional team to identify solution improvements, develop new testing methods, and support your colleagues.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: Background in acoustic and electric testing. Prior experience in audio applications is highly advantageous.

  • Measurement Expertise: Hands-on experience with electric and acoustic measurement tools, including Audio Precision, REW, Klippel, and oscilloscopes.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of audio product measurements, validation tests, manufacturing, electrodynamic transducers, and amplifiers.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively communicate with international teams and partners.

  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to client facilities in and around Shenzhen.

  • Mindset: Passionate about audio technology, highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
